1. General Terms
By renting a vehicle from Royal Crest Rental, the customer agrees to follow all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. The renter must provide valid identification and driving documentation before receiving the vehicle.
2. Driver Requirements
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old.
The renter must have a valid driving license.
Tourists must provide a passport and international driving permit (if required).
The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is driven only by authorized drivers.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with valid identification and payment.
Payment can be made using approved payment methods provided by the company.
Rental charges depend on the vehicle model, rental duration, and additional services selected.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle delivery. The deposit will be returned after the vehicle is returned in the same condition and all rental obligations are fulfilled.
5. Insurance & Liability
All vehicles are provided with basic insurance coverage.
However, the renter is responsible for:
Traffic fines
Salik (toll charges)
Parking fines
Damage caused due to negligence or reckless driving
6. Vehicle Usage
The renter agrees to:
Drive the vehicle responsibly and follow all UAE traffic laws
Not use the vehicle for illegal activities
Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Off-road driving or racing with rental vehicles is strictly prohibited unless permitted.
7. Vehicle Return Policy
The vehicle must be returned:
On the agreed date and time
In the same condition as it was delivered
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
8. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided during delivery. If the fuel level is lower, refueling charges may apply.
9. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled according to company cancellation terms. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and booking agreement.
